Uses :
- Macrolide class antibiotic, its containing nitrogen heterocyclic ring, antibacterial mechanism and erythromycin similar, but more antibacterial spectrum. It showed stronger antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria such as Haemophilus influenzae, Salmonella, Chemicalbook escherichia coli and Shigella. And stable to acid, good tolerance. It has a good therapeutic effect on respiratory tract infection, skin soft tissue infection and sexually transmitted diseases caused by sensitive strains.
