  • The antibacterial effect is stronger than cefadroxil. It is mainly used for urinary tract infection, upper respiratory tract infection, skin soft tissue infection and ent infection.

Cefaclor is a second generation cephalosporin antibiotic, which has similar antibacterial activity to cefalexin. It has good antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus epidermidis, hemolytic and grass green streptococcus, and streptococcus pneumoniae.
